What We Do
Wild is a sustainably minded studio that focuses on using local and seasonal materials as often as possible. Designing this way allows us to be continually inspired by nature, her subtle changes and unique variations. At the core of our process, we help our couples understand the elements of design they like or don’t like, and put language around those preferences in order to establish style guidelines. We then use those parameters to select flowers and textures that fit within the chosen palette while allowing enough flexibility to be able to take advantage of some of the unique and fun surprises that come into our flower market.

In our design process we are green floral foam free (you can find out more here about the negative consequences of Oasis foam and similar green foams) and also compost our scraps with a local, woman run company, Earth Kind Compost. We welcome conversations about sustainability in our industry as it is a complex and multifaceted issue that we are constantly examining our role within.
Wild offers a range of services for events and while there are many details which affect the total cost, like guest count, style preferences, and logistics, we have found most of our couples fit into one of the options below. Every event is unique, so we encourage you to reach out for more details or to discuss a custom proposal.
À la Carte
The perfect solution for smaller, more budget conscious weddings with flexible ideas and streamlined requirements. Working within a specific palette, we hand pick the blooms day-of based on what is freshest and most beautiful in the market. Items can be requested from our à la carte menu and picked up at our Riverdale Studio.

Essential Design Services
For those who want a more collaborative approach to their wedding planning and a full service set up and breakdown. Together we create a style guideline for the event which pulls from a palette, selection of flowers and curation of vessels and hardgoods. Couples will select which items are most important to them and special attention will be given to finding areas that give the most bang for their buck to create a memorable floral moment.

If a total floral transformation of your venue is what you envision, we are happy to help bring that to life! We can focus on a more elaborate element, like a show stopping installation or altarpiece, and source the flowers and hardgoods that feel most special. Together we develop a concept that carries through to all aspects of the event, from personals to the reception space to create a bespoke experience for your wedding day.
