Adrienne + Mark's Sunset Colored Summer Wedding at The Wainwright House

Adrienne + Mark loved color and wanted to transition the sunset hues from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to their reception as their day went on. Mid June provided was the perfect time of the year for a unique assortment of seasonal flowers like baby strawberries, poppies, marigolds, calendula, snapdragons, the last of the peonies, and the first of the dahlias. Their ceremony overlooked the water with a chiffon draped chuppah and bright orange marigolds creating a cheerful setting for their vows. Their cocktail hour introduced pinks, and by the time the sun was getting ready to set, their reception added all of the colors of the sky with reds and purples. A favorite detail was adding rocks to their centerpieces to create small, grounded vignettes of flowers growing up out of the table.
