Juliana and Antonio loved the elegant but effortless charm of Blue Hill and we wanted to find ways for the flowers to echo the spirit of the venue. We looked through a lot of photos together and kept coming back to one which had grasses and textures punctuated by more sculptural blooms. It felt unfussy and cool with the bold colors and graphic shapes and mimicked the ample garden beds at the venue. We followed this inspiration direction for the aisle, keeping things very text

Alexandra and Tobias tied the knot in April which is a lovely time of year for unique flowers. From the start we knew we wanted a powerful, warm color like orange to drive the palette and added some softer springtime hues of peach to compliment the season. A fan of tulips, we made sure there were many local varieties available with graceful, long stems, as well as some less well know spring blooms like poppies, fritillaria, Charlotte ranunculus, kumquats, and gloriosa lilies
