Amanda and George wanted a September wedding that felt fresh and soft as the seasons were changing in late September. Using the seasons pastel hues of taupe, chartreuse, and creams we created a wedding that still felt very autumnal with some of the special blooms only available in the early fall. Peegee hydrangeas were a personal favorite of the couple and we made sure to feature them in their sculptural ceremony pieces along with plenty of dinner plate dahlias that served as a backdrop behind their vows. Other local favorites like hanging amaranths, Japanese anemone, and seasonal wildflowers filled their centerpieces and added unique shapes and textures. Amanda's bouquet was one of my favorite with so many different florals in bell shapes that felt so classic and so romantic.
