Before I describe any of the flowers, the design process, or aspects of style - just know that a Mr. Softee truck came at the end of the night. Beyond their beautiful vision for the day, when Jen and Sally told me this detail, I knew this would be one of my favorite weddings of the year. I love when couple's put fun, personal touches like this into their day! The warm palette of white, blush, peach, golds and oranges had a soft pop of blue for contrast that was inspired by Chinoiserie vases. A floral circular arch was covered in greenery lush clusters of flowers to match the Persian carpet runner and was the perfect back drop for their vows, and later, as the photo booth for their guests. Long farm tables were decorated with an assortment of different bud vases, lush brass pedestal vases with flowers cascading over the sides, and pillar candles for a dynamic table scape as you looked around the room. The effect was a romantic, soft centerpiece with moody, intimate candlelight.
