Shana + Aaron's inspiration for their wedding was classic and romantic with a little twist. A lover of green hanging amaranths and other similar textures - these elements were incorporated into their ceremony and reception design against softer petaled roses and dahlias. We brought the outside in and transformed Hempstead House into a garden with the addition of crawling smilax vines over the reception space. Their chuppah was the statement making installation - covered in clouds of baby's breath, clusters of fragrant white o'hara roses, hanging green amaranths, and peegee hydrangea. Their reception design was inspired by Shana's background in fashion and had a Dutch Master's feeling with stylized single element arrangements, lots of taper candles and overflowing bowls of fruits placed on each table to create a painterly tableau.
