One of my favorite concepts from start to finish was Erica and Sasha's holiday inspired wedding. They presented images of bottle brush trees, vintage pastel ornaments on tinsel trees, china plates and etched glassware, and brass accents that instantly triggered images of swanky parties with a roaring fire and jazzy carols from a record player. Their priority was a show stopping tree decorated from top to bottom with a MCM inspired star, colors glass ornaments from the 50s, felted garlands, and colored baby's breath and ilex berries. We sourced and custom dyed bottle bush trees in a colorful palette of reds, pinks, blues and purples and styled little forests together down the table with bud vases and matching taper candles. The hanging installation of sculptural twinkling stars added a statement piece for the event to revolve around and created a sense of intimacy in a large space like Sound River Studio.
